The programme for organic entrepreneurship in Bordeaux was designed for aspiring students in order to learn and practice the skills they need to run a small-scale organic company in the field of wine or textile production. Through attending daily lectures, discussions, study visits and demonstrations on topics including organic grape and cotton production, soil science, business planning, business modelling and direct marketing, as well as cooperatively managing the student company, the students received a thorough education in management of small organic companies.
